Please Note: Pets may not be left unattended in the condo and must be leashed at all times when outside of the condo.

Resort Amenities: The pool, hot tub, sauna, rooftop deck, and other shared amenities are HOA-managed and may occasionally close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Lake Access: Lake Superior is accessed via an outdoor stairway near the condo. Shoreline conditions can vary with weather, waves, and water levels. Please use caution when exploring the shoreline.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form is required after booking and before check-in details are released.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, road, flight, or other travel-related disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
