The unique thing about this place is its quiet and peaceful cabin-type setting, and it is very close to many attractions. Restaurants are 15-30 minutes away. Tini Vibes Caribbean Cruisine if you are into a taste of the island. (4 minutes out)
13 minutes to Walmart, Aldi, and Lowe's. There is also a mini-mall within that area. 17 minutes to Kalahari indoor/outdoor park (open year-round), Skiing, snow tubing, and snowboarding at Camelback Ski Area, 24 minutes. 15 minutes to Mount Airy Casino and Golf Course. 24 minutes to Aquatopia indoor Water Park. 19 minutes to the Crossing Premium Shopping Outlet. 19 minutes to Blue Ridge Vineyard Winery, 20 minutes to Great Wolf Lodge Water Park. We are within walking distance of our community pool.

Cozy 3-bedroom house with two full bathrooms, with an indoor fireplace, and smart TVs in every room. On the main floor, you will see two bedrooms, one with three single bunks for kids, and the other with a queen-size bed. Living room with fireplace (pellets), A full-size kitchen with tons of gadgets to make cooking a breeze. Upstairs, you will find a loft to turn into a work or sleep area with a futon that can sleep 2, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a walk-in closet. There is an extra full-size air mattress and a vacuum.


Please be respectful of others in the neighborhood. Keep the noise down and park only in the driveway.

No smoking inside the house. You can smoke outside. Any evidence that you have will result in a $150 fee or more if damages or additional cleaning fees are incurred.

We put a lot of time and effort into our home, and ask that you please be respectful and courteous and leave the house in the same condition you saw it.

Our cleaners use a photographed checklist at check-in and check-out, and you will be fined for any additional cleaning costs, repairs, or damages caused during your stay.

Dogs are allowed, but not in the bedrooms. Note that there is a $100 per pet fee with a 2-pet minimum (a dog pen is available, adjustable). (No cats are allowed.)

Guest access
As it's a gated community, you must stop at the Welcome Center (APCP, A Pocono Country Place) 123 Country Place Dr and provide the name of the driver of your vehicle along with your license and registration so that you can easily enter and exit the community. You will be given a pass for the allotted time you intend to stay—self-check-in. Free parking on the premises fits three cars.

Guests have access to the entire house except for one locked closet.
Other things to note
A great perk of the association in the community is a seasonal pool available for all. Guests need to purchase wristbands at the welcome center to gain access to pools and beaches. The association E-Beach is seasonal and typically starts in June and ends the first week of September. There is a small fee per person ($12) for a pool reservation, and the number will be provided upon booking.
