America Best in Three Rivers is great!
Checkin was an experience. They charged 20.00 for pet and 100.00 refundable deposit. I was not expecting this but it's ok. Beautiful suite with kitchenette full size fridge. Bedroom off the side in a room itself. Nice. Clean throughput. Bed was super.

They won’t give me my deposit back even though room is fine and really shady characters being loud next door to me. I wouldn’t bring my wife and kids to stay here. They were super nice staff though.

The stay did not happen due to bad snow and wind that day. I paid for the room in advance, not knowing I would not be able to go. It was for the funeral service of my cousin's husband. It was non-refundable.

Not the best
I had reservations & the 1st rm they showed me was not good & had a bad smell. So they showed me another rm, which I reluctantly said ok, but I decided to go look at the '8' around the corner & it was so much better for the same price. So I went back & asked for a refund. They showed me another one on the 2nd floor, but I said I don't want to stay there & insisted on the refund. (He said they had a pipe burst, probably was what caused the bad smells.) I am very sensitive to smells & have asthma. So he reluctantly processed the refund which hasn't fallen off my cc yet. He was very nice, but just couldn't stay there. No comparison to the other one & I would go back to the 2nd one.

Staff was great, bed was comfortable and things looked like they were being updated. We had a king suite. Cons: No usable closet or hangers (there was a huge area for one but not completed). The other issue was that the air conditioner had to cool not only the bedroom but a kitchen and living space. It took quite awhile for it to cool down on a very warm day. Price was reasonable, would stay here again.

Find a better option.
Here are the positive points: It’s a dry place if it is raining I suppose and the air conditioning works. The beds are comfortable compared to most hotels and the bathroom is clean. Nice size refrigerator that works and a nice TV. Now, the negatives: First, they took a security deposit that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. I hate having to run my card for something unexpected, especially when my numbers have gotten stolen in the past. The room is dated and poorly laid out, the nightstand is 4 feet from the bed. The room is huge but mainly wasted space, at least put a nice chair in there to watch TV. The “continental breakfast” consisted of cereal, coffee, juice and granola bars, what a joke. My allergies are crazy in the room which for me would indicate mold. That’s a non-scientific analysis however. Finally, the door’s deadbolt doesn’t work. It’s hard to sleep when you feel unsafe. Pay a few dollars more and stay at the neighboring Holiday Inn Express.

We arrived without a reservation. We were tired. There was one room left without A/C. They offered us a discounted rate with some floor fans. It wasn't going to work for us, we really wanted A/C. There was another room with A/C, but it was in the "renovation" zone. We had a look at the room and requested this one. Because it was in the renovation zone, they again gave us a discount. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. Because of the renovations, there was no breakfast, but they offered every guest a big brown bag breakfast. Cereal, granola bar, apples, OJ, milk for the cereal, yogurt and a croissant. I would stay here again, for sure!!!

Where do I begin - The room was unclean, there were stains on the comforter, the window was cracked which had been taped and tape removed but residue left to yellow, bed springs squeaked, paper thin scratchy towels! Then the dogs - Property allows pets but doesn't monitor owners. Dogs left alone in rooms were barking at 10:30 for 1/2 hr and we were woken at 3AM again by barking for an entire hour. Front desk was unhelpful in getting noise stopped. The other travelers yelling down the hall in frustration further aggravated the situation & our sleep. No credits were offered for the inconvenience either. ** I have pictures but app isn't allowing me to upload.

I like the location of the property because it is very close to downtown. However the rooms are some what unfinished as in missing trim tile pieces and the room we currently are in there is grey grout flakes throughout the kitchen and bathroom tile floor. The kitchen countertops and sink could also have been cleaner when we checked in but overall it has been a decent stay.

It was really dirty, stains on the carpet, carpet was sticky, holes in the wall,walls were dirty, blood stains on the sheets. Bed was comfortable until i seen the blood stain on the sheet. The guy at the desk was so nice i feel bad leaving a bad review. But it was not clean. Needs a remodel among other things. If you can stay at holiday inn next door.

It was nice for having a living space. The blankets had stains, the tv was tiny and was from the 2010's, the doors dont shut very well. There was patches of drywall falling off. There were people in the halls yelling at 1am. The elevator was super sketchy. Just a bad experience all around.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Don't stay here! There are 2 hotels surrounding this one and they are MUCH better. No front desk service. No breakfast in the morning. Terrible smell throughout hotel. Terrible bathroom towels. TV had only 3-4 channels. Again - DO NOT STAY HERE. You'll thank me later.

We selected this hotel due to it being pet friendly. The rooms are carpeted and I spent a lot of time trying to keep my dog from marking spots from where she could smell other scents. My allergies immediately were terrible. The room wasn’t clean - there were candy wrappers by my bed. The carpet was dirty. There are exposed pipes by the microwave that a child or pet could get to. The curtain for the room was a shower curtain. They advertised a coffee pot in the room, that was non existent. They advertised an ironing board, that was non existent. They advertised an area for your pet outside, there is grass but that’s it. The breakfast included was burnt stale coffee and a grab and go brown bag that consisted of a pastry, small bottle of warm water, small warm juice box and a granola bar. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain and when I requested to have it fixed I was told they would when we leave. The wifi wouldn’t let us log in. And the door to the room would stay unlocked. I’m not one to complain and have never left a bad review but this was terrible and not what I expected at all and will never go back.

The property was close to our destination. We had to ask for towels as there were none in the room, no blankets or bedspreads, and no iron or ironing board. We were attending a wedding. These items were important!

Find a different place to stay
I use to stay here a couple years ago and it was a decent place to stay but never again. Its run down dirty and stinks. The walls are dirty and the paint is chipped. The bed are very uncomfortable. We pulled up on the mattress to find that they have a queen size mattress on a double box springs. The towels looked like they never have been washed and the curtains had so many holes in them i dont even know why they had them up. Last but not least, this is suppose to be a non smoking building,but the morning we are to leave i woke up to the smell of Marijuana coming from the vents into our room so bad it made me sick.

This is definitely and old building that is due do some MAJOR upgrades and cleanings and repairs. Our window was cracked and instead of replacing it, it was tapped up. Our toilet stopped working out last night there. Shower heard was being held up by a hair tie. If it weren’t my sister in laws wedding and there were somewhere else to stayed we would have left in a heart beat.
