The main house first floor boasts an open floor plan, encompassing a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a vibrant living room with an L-shaped sofa and smart TV, and a charming dining room with a wooden table. Two bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom with a convenient stackable washer/dryer. Ascend to the second floor, where two additional bedrooms await, one of them equipped with a convenient desk. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower adds to the comfort and convenience of this level.

The highlight of this retreat is the expansive grassy lawn featuring an above-ground heated pool with a built-in deck, playground, sauna, putting green and fire pit. - In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
- Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
