„The hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful and furnished with so much love and attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The service was also outstanding – extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super fresh and incredibly delicious!
We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
We only stayed for one night, but next time we’ll definitely stay longer, because also the view from Raja Lima over the water is simply unbeatable!

„Beautiful property with 4 units constructed from natural elements where available. Private and the view was to die for.
The owner was kind enough to drop me and pick me up at the top of a secluded beach path as well as the path to Atuh and Diamond Beaches…absolutely and exquisitely gorgeous.
Food was home cooked and amazing and they had the best coffee in the morning!

„We had a wonderful, wonderful stay at Suwehen Beach Cliff. The view was out of this world, the huts very clean and comfortable and the owner and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is very secluded, which we loved, and very much off the beaten track. Huge thanks to the wonderful driver and guide Yann, who was a great help and very good company when driving us around the island. We would definitely recommend this place.

„We went on a round trip (Bali, Gili Islands, Nusa Penida). Compared to other hotels, this one was clearly overpriced with poor service and untrained staff. The price-performance ratio is terrible for the supposed hotel class.

„The place feels very comfortable. The view is amazing. It slightly needs maintenance though. We could rent bike there, and it’s really needed because it’s 10-15km from the most popular sights. The breakfast is more like a snack, but for us it was not a problem. Most importantly the stuff there is very amazing, helpful and kind. We would definetelly come back!“

"großartiger service, hilfsbereitschaft und freundlichkeit der mitarbeiter sind nicht zu topen!
die gesamte anlage ist 1a gepflegt, der garten in einem so schön gestaltetem und perfekten zustand das man staunen muss
das resort ist groß und weitläufig, dennoch hat man hier überall absolute ruhe und entspannung
unser zimmer (deluxe poolview) war rießig, super ausgestattetbund hatte eine tolle lounge am balkon auf der man zb auch bei regen super entspannen kann
2 dinge haben uns nicht so gut gefallen:
* sonnenschirme:
viel zu wenige sonnenschirme, ein großteil der liegen ist nicht mit einem schirm ausgestattet und auch auf nachfrage ist keiner erhältlich. man muss hier also wirklich früh dran sein
* hauptrestaurant:
für unseren geschmack beim frühstück zu groß, zu sehr klimatisiert und vorallem ein sehr hoher geräuschpegel. die plätze im freien (sehr begrenzt verfügbar) sind top;es gibt zwar ein 2. kleineres frühstückslokal aber auch das ist nicht so toll gelöst bzw das buffet doch deutlich kleiner

"I spent two full weeks at Grand Palace Hotel in Sanur and I enjoyed all the time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They cared for all my requests. My room was in good condition, beds comfortable and the entire hotel was kept clean. Breakfast was good, the selection of food was average with only minor variations from day to day. Furthermore they had a good menu with delicious dishes for lunch and dinner. To go to the beach or to the shopping mall it is a ten minute walk. As mentioned in many reviews before, the hotel is situated at a very busy main road with dangerous pedestrian ways.
Overall, Grand Palace Hotel is highly recommended. "
