„The place feels very comfortable. The view is amazing. It slightly needs maintenance though. We could rent bike there, and it’s really needed because it’s 10-15km from the most popular sights. "Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort im Intercontinental Bali und gleich vorweg: Der Sonnenuntergang ist (vorausgesetzt es ist nicht bewölkt) extrem schön und war eines unserer Highlights vom kompletten Bali Urlaub :-)
Der Pool ist ebenfalls super und das Meer ist, wenn es die Wellen zulassen & je nach Ebbe und Flut angenehm zum baden.
Jedoch haben wir am 1. Tag ein "feuchtes" Zimmer bekommen... zuerst ist uns nur der wirklich unangenehme Geruch aufgefallen, doch dann beim Schlafen gehen haben wir gemerkt, dass das Bett richtig feucht ist. Wir haben dann mit jemanden von der Lobby mehrere Zimmer durchprobiert, jedoch haben sich die ganzen Betten feucht angefühlt, weshalb wir die Nacht in dem Bett verbringen mussten. Am nächsten Tag in der Früh haben wir dann sofort mit einem Manager sprechen können und ein Zimmerupgrade in ein vermutlich neueres Zimmer und zusätzlich eine Entfeuchtungsanlange bekommen & damit war das Problem dann erledigt! (Gott sei Dank, denn bereits nach der einen Nacht hatte man das Gefühl, dass der ganze Koffer "munkelt"...)
Also man kann Pech mit dem Zimmer haben, aber wir hatten als wir mit dem Problem zur Lobby gegangen sind wirklich einen TOP Service & vermutlich auch etwas Glück, dass das bessere Zimmer frei war während des Aufenthalts! ;-)
Frühstück und Essen im Hotel überall sehr sehr lecker, jedoch relativ teuer im Vergleich zu den Preisen in Bali. Personal super freundlich! Nähe zum Flughafen super als Abschluss für den Urlaub!"

We spent a few unforgettable days at Nyuh Bali Resort & Spa, and just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for such a beautiful experience.
Right from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed – not just like guests, but like we were coming home to a peaceful and caring place. The resort is tucked away in a quiet, green setting, and everything is beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. Our villa was spotlessly clean, cozy, and felt like a little sanctuary.
But what really made our stay so special was the amazing team. Everyone – from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping – was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. It’s rare to feel so looked after.
We especially appreciated the small touches – the friendly greetings, helpful tips for what to do nearby, and just the way the staff noticed what we needed before we even asked. It never felt like "service" – it felt like care.
Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious, always served with a smile. It was the perfect start to each day.
We left with full hearts, grateful for all the beautiful moments – and already hoping to come back someday.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß und beeindruckt mit seinen geräumigen, komfortablen Zimmern. Doch was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war das herausragende Personal.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Bambang, der uns zutiefst beeindruckt hat. Ich hatte beim Schwimmen im Meer meinen Ehering verloren – eine emotional sehr belastende Situation. Doch Bambang hat mit unglaublichem Engagement, Mitgefühl und Tatkraft alles daran gesetzt, ihn wiederzufinden.
Sein Einsatz ging weit über das hinaus, was man erwarten kann. Man hat gemerkt, dass er mit ganzem Herzen dabei war. Dank ihm ging diese Geschichte für uns gut aus – dafür sind wir ihm unendlich dankbar.
Bambang verdient nicht nur unsere größte Anerkennung, sondern auch eine Beförderung. Er hat diese schwierige Situation mit Professionalität und Menschlichkeit gemeistert – ein echtes Vorbild für exzellenten Service!"
