„This was a quiet area with great location. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and they even had a crock pot. The dining room table worked out great for family style cooking. The living room was very cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. The outdoor privacy fence was great although back yard is not well kept. We ended up having to pick up several piles of dog waste from previous tenants. Having two bathrooms was great although the water pressure isn't the best and in the smaller ...

„What an amazing home...it's was very comfortable and super convenient with 4 bedrooms, with 3 of these with full baths. The two living areas was super too when we had to divide up for various "hangouts"...but the true treasure was the back porch...just spectacular....so big with lots of comfy seating. My son loved the huge backyard with the tire swing. Owner was very attentive in checking in to make sure all was well during our stay...thank you so much !“

„We really enjoyed our stay here in Franklin & staying within this charming house. The location to restaurants & the town square was ideal. Communication with the property managers were extremely timely & supportive. We would definitely stay here again!! A couple of insignificant, but common convivences that can be improved for the next guests are working blow dryers & shampoo in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was outstanding. „Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood! My family loved everything about this property. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and featured a comfortable king bed for a good night of slumber. The kitchen was well equipped and so pleasant to work in and sit at the bar to eat and visit. Our favorite was the sunroom and the ping pong! „This woody retreat was such a nice change from some of the sterile places we have stayed in. The walls are covered in fun, colorful artwork. The main living area is comfy and bright with a woody view. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Hosts left some goodies, which was a really nice touch.
