Just 40 minutes from downtown Nashville, this modern retreat sleeps up to six guests and features music-themed décor, signed guitars, a loft, private patio, fire pit, and friendly farm animals. Relax, recharge, and enjoy a truly memorable countryside escape.

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Every Saturday, take a short walk across the property to the beloved Spring Hill Farmers Market, then return to unwind around the fire pit beneath the stars. More than a place to stay, Hidden Gem Farm is a destination to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the beauty of farm life without sacrificing modern comfort.

This is an off-grid tiny home designed to provide a unique country experience with modern comforts. Thor is a friendly resident farm dog and may be present outdoors.

Outdoor fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit. Guests must use the fire pit and BBQ grill assigned to their home.

Guests should respect the farm property, animals, and neighboring guests. Guests should not enter animal enclosures or restricted farm areas. Children should be supervised at all times around farm animals.

The Music Box has a laundromat nearby but does not include a washer or dryer.

Designed by three talented teens as part of the upcoming television show Kids Who Flip. Long-term stays are welcome.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
