„We had such a lovely stay at Greg & Erin's home. It was the perfect space for our crew and the pool and huge yard gave the kids a ton of space to run around and play. The house was extremely clean and well-equipped. The carriage house was adorable and gave us some additional space to spread out. We, of course, took advantage of the location and grabbed lobster rolls from Lobster Landing. Communication with Greg was awesome and helpful. Will definitely visit again next time we're in the area. :)“

„Host was accommodating, responsive, and was great overall! The property was very comfortable and exactly what I needed. I loved the neighborhood for nice walks in the evenings. Quiet and safe! House was clean and had many interesting art pieces and books. TV was very good and all amenities were as described. I would definitely consider staying again. This a on excellent location with a short trip to New Haven for lots of great places nearby. “

„This was a perfect extended weekend getaway for our family and dog. The house had everything we needed and communication with the host was easy. The beach was extremely close with calm waters and beautiful views. My husband and son enjoyed fishing off the dock and rocks. We would love to come back again! “

„The home is very beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of space and great outdoor areas. Well appointed kitchen. Our children loved the big bath tub, hot tub, and beach. My only complaint is the owner showing up unannounced three times to work on the outside of the property (clean hot tub, water plants, etc.) over our 9-day stay. Otherwise communication with the host was great - she even went out of her way to accommodate a request.“

„The Lake House was AMAZING! With its 5 great size bedrooms ( privacy for everyone) . 3 full baths, with plenty of hot water, for the many showers after a day in the lake The 1/2 bath on first floor was a nice bonus to have with such a large crowd! The large, fully stocked kitchen, with its large island and even larger peninsula (plus a view of the lake) made preparing, cooking and serving meals most enjoyable! We appreciated the cleanliness of all rooms especially the kitchen and bathrooms ...

„The only word to describe my stay is magical. From start to finish, over three nights, I fell more and more in love with it. Stacey is the perfect host, with a brilliant eye for decor, in terms of style and comfort. It’s a spectacular little place and in good weather it’s twice the size because of the idyllic outdoors area. Guilford is beautiful and everything was so convenient. I fell in love with this place and I will be back. “

"The hotel was great, very clean, very good service and a good condition of the room. Unfortunately it is very difficult to sleep in the rooms on the side away from Yale on Friday and Saturday nights. There were a lot of loud noises from parties and car meets. The restaurant and the bar offer a good service and tasty food. "
