Hotels in The Woods, Hedgesville

„This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down ...

„The breakfast was very good! Good selection of hot items. The pancake machine was a nice change from waffles, and my boys liked the hot cinnamon rolls. The staff are very friendly. Beds and bedding were nice too.“

„We got the basic room. It was very nice. We had two queen beds, large room, and great air conditioning. I did not like the bathroom because for some reason the toilet and the vanity with the sink were extremely low. They were lower than the standard hight. I also woke up stiff from the bed but my husband said his bed was good for him. We ate at the restaurant, I got the Rueben sandwich, it was good but could have used a little more kraut and a little less dressing. The salad with blue ...

„Very nice place.“

„Very clean not fancy but nice for the price and courteous check-in.“

„We stayed in a two bedroom , supposed two jacuzzi tubs. The cabin had no toilet paper in one bathroom and the other only had a shower tub combo. The bedding was clean and fresh and so were the towels but it was very musty smell so we did use air fresheners. The lodge was very nice and so was the spa.“

„Everything was ok except the loading and unloading area. It was rain and the hotel staff had parked under the awnings and blocked all the lanes. You had to load your luggage in pouring rain. When asked about it they said they would move in a little bit.“

„The room smelled of sewer gas. When I complained, staff came into my room to inspect, took towels out of the bathroom and didn’t leave replacements. The smell remained. The a/c sounded like it was on its last legs. Mold and swollen wood surrounded the shower. Hair and beard trimmings were in the sink upon arrival. Bathroom fan ran constantly and was loud.“

„Our waitress at breakfast was awesome! Friendly, professional and took my wife and I's order without writing it down and delivered it perfectly, including the dark toast!“

„Great stay“

„Nice Hotel near shoping facilities and restaurenats. Also very convenient due to near the freeway. Breakfest could be improved.“
