Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am See (Achtung Moskitoschutz nicht vergessen), umgeben von unzähligen Golfmöglichkeiten 🙃. Freundliches Personal, sauber, schöner Pool. Guter Ausgangspunkt auch für Orlando & seine Freizeitparks.

Haben Hoel schon einmal besucht. Hatten diesmal aber kein Seeblick sondern Parkplatzblick Zimmer.. Nicht schön. War ziemlich laut. Autotüren zuschlagen, Motor laufen lassen. Das Zimmer ist nur mit hellen Rollos ausgestattet es gibt es keine Verdunkelung dadurch, nur Sichtschutz . Warum keine Verdunklungsvorhänge?Direkt bei unserem Fenster stand eine Laterne, es war dadurch immer hell. Frühstück gibt es nicht, würde aber super zum Hotelambiente passen. Die Person bei Anreise bzw. CHECK IN (riesiges Tuch um Kopf gewickelt) war nicht besonders nett. Haben nach Seeblickzimmer gefragt, sie sagte ausgebucht. Beim Nachschauen auf Exoedia oder so waren aber zur selben Zeit Zimmer verfügbar. Müsste sie halt sagen wir müssten draufzahlen. Das wäre dann aber mit Arbeit verbunden. Fazit: beim ersten Mal waren wir so begeistert. Dieses Mal leider enttäuschend.

Hotel strahlt eine tolle Atmosphäre aus. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und ich liebe die Ananas Tapete auf den Gängen. Alle Angestellten waren immer freundlich. Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer mit Balkon einfach nur schön. Leider habe ich auch zwei Sachen zu bemängeln. Es fehlen Verdunklungsvorhänge. Wir waren immer schon sehr früh wach. Das zweite betrifft den Pool. Dieser könnte sauberer sein. Er müsste öfters mit dem Kescher gereinigt werden. Das Waterfront empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter. Auch wir kommen sicher wieder.

I didn’t like that designated smoking area’s were like being pushed way off the premises, if you’re outside by a ashtray it shouldn’t matter where you smoke, the property is very nice and I will return they should have complimentary breakfast though

The hotel was disappointing. The rooms were dated, spartan and felt like a budget hotel. There was mold in the shower and the bedding was just a top sheet and light blanket. To top it off, after checking in we were informed that the dining facilities, the lobby and other areas of the hotel would be closed for renovation starting the next day. We had to navigate demo sites, temporary walls, and construction crews to get in and out of the hotel and the pool area during our stay. The biggest inconvenience was having to walk 10 minutes to a restaurant for breakfast rain or shine. Not a relaxing start to the day. We should have been notified of the reno when we booked to give us an opportunity to cancel. The management should have been been better prepared overall with better customer service and communication.

The property was great. It was close to everything restaurants and the village Square. I wish I would’ve gotten a room with a view. We enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the bar. The restaurant is going to be renovated The only issue we had was the dog barking on the floor, nonstop.

This hotel is excellent for a couple of nights get away They give you all the amenities that the website promises. It is clean and the staff go out of their way to accomodate. We love it and have no complaints.

Area is great. Large group of adults and teen age boys about 25 people. Nearby the hotel all walkable a lot of choices. Like being in downtown Disney but not Disney. The hotel staff very nice friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is frozen in time and needs badly new beds and pillows for comfort. Room bathroom clean including the shower. The rooms carpet gross and seemed old and outdated. We loved room had mini fridge and microwave. A lot of charging in room electronic options. However beyond inside of room not obvious to be able to charge. They had no breakfast period for our needs or seemed at all. That is disappointing with kids. Overall the hotel needs a deep dive up to date overhaul. It does feel dark and older than it likely is. Overpriced for the quality.

This hotel needs a major renovation. The elevators are very very slow. There’s a restaurant onsite, no breakfast or lunch is available. The first day our towels smelled very musty. The soap & shampoo offered I believe was watered down because it took too much to lather up. There was 2 shower heads (nice) but very high pressure. They sprayed everywhere. My husband worked out and the equipment was very old. Also, the pool and it was full of tree stuff. Bottom of pool was very rough and needs an update. For $200 a night, it did not impress us at all and will never return.
