„Especially the staff makes this hotel unique. The employees are very kind and such helpful guys. Each of them is friendly but also open for a little chat. Unfortunately our first room was smelling really badly, but the receptionist reacted perfectly and gave us directly a new room which was without any problems. „It was a wonderful - as always. I stayed with Courtyard by Marriott some times already when I work in Andheri area. Service is always great and attentive. Unfortunately I forgot two unimportant items in my bathroom. As I will be back in Mumbai in some days only I asked if these could be stored so that I could pick them up.
