„It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . „The Grand Hotel has something to do with history. Located in an area of Colaba, where on Saturdays and Sundays the kids are playing cricket and families are sleeping on the ground, it seems to be a lighthouse. All humans who are working in the Grand Hotel are truly kind, very helpfull and convinced that they are working together for us as their guests.
