As I’m from Bristol we both had a good chat about the south and she was amazing I messed up booking and she dealt with it all amazing! And the views from room were outstanding and so peaceful and private! “

„very clean room but small and stuffy at night. check in staff are amazing and all bar staff very helpful. wifi was very slow and dropped out. some fittings in the bathroom would be helpful“

Das Bad müsste unbedingt renoviert werden: mehrere Wasserflecken, Schmutz an den Rohren, uraltes Silikon, alter Bodenbelag, ursprünglich weiße Fugen sind schwarz - aber kein Schimmel. Badewanne hatte mal eine Duschtür - die war wohl kaputt und durch einen Duschvorhang ersetzt. Personal nett und aufgeschlossen. Sehr gutes Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Frühstück wird nach Wunsch ...

The staff members were excellent, being centrally located, the hotel is easily accessible from any part of town and ideal for people visiting the nearby universities like the Leicester university. Overall, the place is good and value for money and the management is keen on refurbishing it.“
