„The staff is extremely nice, the hotel is fine, I missed the breakfast, there is only a complimentary one. Otherwise very OK. Outside it looks really sort of abandoned, but maybe that town is more or less like this.“

„I wish they had let me know when I booked that there is no reception and checking in is virtual. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. We stood outside for well over 30 min trying to enter details on the app that kept erroring. I called, but it went to voicemail- still haven’t got a call back. It’s a pity as the rooms are pretty. Also to note for those that are light sensitive there are very bright street lights and only shutters on the windows. “

„ The Gresham is a beautiful historical building, centrally located, but the interior seemed poor with worn furniture and cheap looking plastic plant decoration everywhere. The furniture in the room seemed stylessly thrown together. „Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.“
