„Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice.“

Upon check in, after traveling all day long, I attempted to purchase a pizza and wine from the pantry and the night attendant was incredibly rude and told me that they would not sell wine after midnight. Even though we literally checked in ten minutes before midnight. I'll never book this hotel ...

The only negative remarks would be the breakfast was lack luster, including eggs that felt freezer burnt.
