„I reserved 3 rooms in October in preparation for celebrating a family graduation. My room did not have a working TV and a toilet that was unstable and sounded like it was ready to fall over. The front desk took note of our issue and promised a maintenance person would check it out. We constantly checked with front desk to find out the status of fixing our issues. No one ever did address our issues or followed up. The next morning they called to say the room with 2 queens, reserved 7 months prior ...

„Our room was gross. There were hand prints on the door. Dirty towels folded like they were clean. Marks all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper. The AC was out in the lobby/breakfast area. The fitness room was dated, dirty, no towels and broken equipment. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people the entire stay. When I asked for additional towels, I was given an attitude. When I explained the room situation I did not get an apology. Nice location.“

„Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!“

„Wir mussten zwei Mal das Zimmer wechseln. Im ersten Zimmer lief die Toilettenspülung. Dazu fand ich eine Schabe. Im zweiten Zimmer war die Toilettentür so verzogen, dass sie nicht schloss. Das dritte Zimmer war ok, leider recht laut. Positiv war die sehr freundliche Rezeptzionistin, die uns jedesmal problemlos umziehen ließ. Dazu ist die Lage direkt neben Kings Dominion für Parkbesucher unschlagbar.“
