„Banger for the buck! Hotel is brand new, interior is modern, feels like a luxurious stay. We got a huge suite w/ kitchen on the base level. God the sleep was THAT good.“

„This hotel is full of mold. The 1st room. I was in had visible mold in the corners of the room and on the bathroom ceiling. It was horrible. The 2nd room was better mold but still poorly renovated.“

„Very new hotel with great modern design, unfortunately, for such prize category room cleaning, waste removal, fresh towels only every three days. Also quite some hazzle with final payment, they were not aware that both rooms had already been paid in advance via internet platform. Great location, if you want to stay in the Mason area, including Paramount Kings Island, Tennis or working at the P&G business center.“

„So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was.“

Keine Erfrischungen mehr in der Lobby wie Tee und Kaffee die das Warten erleichtern. Im Zimmer gab es nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier und zwei Duschtücher für zwei Personen. „Love love love the breakfast buffet and evening kickback small plates, had no idea they did that and it was a nice surprise. Enough for a small dinner! Also adults received 3 free drinks a night and they have a standard sized soda dispenser! I do feel they should extend hot tub hours, open it around 7am and close at 11:30-midnight as many who stay here are doing sports events or hitting up Kings Island.
