„Von drei besuchten Hampton Inn & Suites ist es das Hotel welches im besten Zustand war. Trotz allem sind die Hotels dieser Kette zwischenzeitlich etwas verstaubt. Die Zimmer werden nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch gemacht. Frühstück möglich aber dem amerikanischen Standard entsprechend einseitig.“

We (a family of four with kids) had seemingly booked a non smoking room through Expedia months in advance of our stay and had mentioned explicitely that we need a non smoking room in the booking. When we arrived we have received a smoking room; no other room was available since the hotel has been completely booked out. When we protested in the believe to have booked a non smoking room, the manager told us that Expedia "tricks" with the ...

„The hotel is perfectly located, rooms are quite and clean. Hotel staff was welcoming and nice. Breakfast is good. We also used the pool and the whirlpool. Nice for relaxing after a long day. A visit at the submarine museum (which is just a short drive from the hotel away) is also recommended. “
