„"Cheap" room, you get what you pay for an ash tray smelling room with soiled carpet“

„Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility.“

„- spacious room, comfy bed - disposable dishware :(“

„Zi war ok- allerdings wäre es empfehlenswert im Vorfeld zu sagen dass das Zi nur alle 2 Tg gereinigt wird! Viel PLASTIK beim Frühstück ☹️ “

„Everything was great. Will definitely use you again.“

„Everything went well and it was a super nice stay. “

„The staff is very helpful and friendly. I also really appreciate the full size fridge with freezer. I can re-freeze my ice packs and all my food stays cold for my travel the next day.“

„Staff was lovely. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Parking was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby had a smell, but the rest of the hotel was great.“

„I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.“

„This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.“

„The ice machines didn’t work. There was stuff lying all around the place from the construction which was not disclosed when making the reservation. I feel I paid way too much for this room. I would not recommend staying here.“

„Great staff and the property was well maintained.“

„The room was clean, but I didn't care for the sliding bathroom door and I really didnt like how close the toilet was to the bathroom counter. There was barely enough room to use the bathroom so whoever designed that it was a bad decision. And if your overweight or a senior, it would be hard for them to use the toilet. Also from what I could tell you cant use the elevator in the garage to go up to the floor, which isnt good when you have heavy luggage. You have to use the stairs to go up there. ...

„Das Personal an der Reception war zwar freundlich, aber nicht hilfsbereit. Das Internet in diesem Hotel lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig: andauernd bricht die Verbindung ab und man muss sich wieder neu einloggen. Am Tag der Abreise vor 9.00 Uhr wurde uns der Zugang zum Internet abgestellt. Eine absolute Frechheit. Alles nicht Holiday Inn Standard. Schade.“
