„Great location near the Haight. Beautiful views of the city and good not great furniture and bedding. The beds could definitely have been more comfortable. Also, it was a surprise to us to learn at the end of our stay that they don't want guests to flush toilet paper due to a septic tank issue. There was a sign above the toilet that we thought was a joke. This was not mentioned in the listing. It was a slight disappointment that there was no patio furniture as was shown in the pictures. ...

„Very convenient and comfortable location on a quiet residential street. Spectacular view of the city from living area. KItchen was equipped to host Thanksgiving dinner for my family. The host was very responsive to requests and provided detailed info about restaurants, cafes and activities We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Note there are steps to the front door, and then to common areas and bedrooms. “

„Had to help the Night staff change the sheets as it Gad hairs both on the pillows and sheets, so did the floor around the bes :(. Staff was helpfull. My room was fumigated without prior notice so when I came back that Night my Door was slightly open, needless to say I was surprised and escarde to find my Door unlock.
