Within walking distance to the park itself, you can set out right from the home to this must-visit destination boasting towering cliffs of volcanic tuff and basalt alongside hiking trails winding through stunning canyons, teeming with native flora and fauna. For a more leisurely pace, pack a picnic and relax by the Crooked River, enjoying the warm sun and park’s unique desert-like beauty.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, dedicated workspace, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the front porch and actively monitoring the front entrance of the house and dirt driveway.
• This house includes an induction stove and specific pots/pans to use for that stove. Please do not use any other pots/pans as it is an induction stove. Guests are asked to use only the pots/pans provided.
• House runs on a septic tank. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet and throw away any wipes, feminine hygiene products in the trash.
• The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal, so please do not put food particles down the kitchen sink.
• The unit has binoculars and monoculars available for the guest to use during their stay, but please do NOT take them with you. Please leave them at the house, as it belongs to the unit, and we want to continue to allow each guest to have access to them. Fees will apply if the binoculars and monoculars are damaged, or not returned.

• No Pets allowed. If evidence is found, fees will apply for a deep clean.
• No smoking/vaping allowed.
• No parties allowed; no fireworks allowed. No campfires permitted.
• Please respect quiet hours at the unit. 10pm-7am.
• Please do not climb over the fence, as there is a cliff at the end of the property past the fence line.
• Please return all items in the unit, back to the unit including books, binoculars, and monocular. If items are found to be missing, guests will be charged.
• The house is on a septic tank. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.
