I am glad you enjoyed the restaurant Austin 92.I am sorry there was no milk in the fridge, there normally is, but I forgot to move it from the old fridge when I replaced it with a brand new fridge that day.

Thank you for your feed back. I am sorry that you did not find cleanliness of the room up to our normal high standard. Unfortunatley we missed the stain left by the previous guest eating on the bed whilst watching TV, as stains caused by this practise are becoming more common as I told you we are going to triple sheeting, which we are doing now. As for the toilet I am not sure what had happened there because it was cleaned but we do not lock our rooms after cleaning as we are in a safe area. As for the traffic noise, all the rooms are double glazed.

Sorry about there being no hot water for a shower after you used the spa, unfortunately this was the way it was when I took over and whilst it is on the list of things that I would like to alter it is not an easy fix.
