„Good location, main area of city was within walking distance. The place was very clean, quiet, and safe, and the staff was friendly. The style gives a very authentic Japanese feel which was perfect for Kyoto. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!“

„Fabulous! Wonderful Hotel with an extraordinary Spa! Great Staff! “

„As long as you know it’s a love hotel, this is a decent place to stay on a budget. The room is well furnished, great bath, and most appreciated was the friendly and proactive réception desk which helped alleviate the quiet awkwardness of checking in. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but the window opened out on a beautiful garden, very quiet!“

„Maison traditionnelle Japonaise idéalement située dans Kyoto. “

„Amazing property. Very clean room with amazing service.“

„Staff was so helpful! Location was perfect!“

„The staff here is outstanding! The room was cozy and romantic and the location was perfect!“

„I didn't expect that it would be a whole house just for myself! The service was splendid, very polite and helpful. The house has everything you need, i.e. all the dishes. The interior is traditional and, very comfortable and nice.“

„Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit. Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the ...

„Very nice hotel with very professional and friendly personnel. Highly recommend.“

„Wonderful experience.“

„Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou.“

„Sowaka was amazing. Great location, beautiful hotel, incredible food, perfect staff! Do take the 5:45 am tour to Kiyomizu-dera with the incredibly knowledgeable hotel manager. A wonderful and unique experience without all the tourists around.“

„Everything about the Gion Elite Terrace was excellent. The service, room and bathroom, breakfast and location were excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. I highly recommend it.“
