„Das Frühstück wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht und war sehr umfangreich. Selbst die Uhrzeit wurde für uns auf 7.00 Uhr angepasst. Es hat alles super funktioniert. Wir mussten früh die Fähre nach Santorin nehmen. Aus diesem Grund war die Lage für uns perfekt. Es sind nur max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen. Leider war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hat jeden Schritt auf dem Flur gehört. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer großen Straße. Man hörte leider auch nachts den Verkehr und die Flugzeuge vom ...

„This hotel is a little gem in a perfect location in Heraklion. The rooms are big, clean and there is more than you would expect. The value you get here is much higher than price. „We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. “

„Leider war es in der Unterkunft sehr dunkel, da das Fenster verdunkelt war. Es war keine Glasscheibe eingesetzt. Dadurch wirkte alles sehr depressiv. Es fehlte weiterhin an Dingen wie Spülmittel, Geschirrtüchern oder einigen Anweisungen für die Küchengeräte. Schade. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Man ist schnell in der Altstadt mit tollen Restaurants.“

„Nettes Appartment direkt im Zentrum von Heraklion. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, inkl. Super Restaurants. Wir waren für einen Langzeit Urlaub dort und waren begeistert. Einziges Manko (da wir häufiger in Heraklion Apartments mieten) es wird nur auf Anforderung und extra Zahlung zwischendurch geputzt welches nicht so einfach zu organisieren war, selber kann man nicht putzen da kein Gerät vor Ort ist. Trotzdem werden wir wegen der Lage gerne wieder kommen ! “

„When I arrived, the place wasn't clean. I had to sleep on the couch because they couldn't find somebody to clean up the mess. It was very infuriating since you pay to get to a place and rest and I couldn't do it that first night. I will give the place two star because the location is amazing. I hope they fix the way they administrate this place because is really nice. “

"Der Service ist so aufmerksam. Wir mussten einen Tag später anreisen, weil ich aufgrund von Krankheit nicht pünktlich reisen konnte und ich wurde mehrfach von mehreren Mitarbeiter/innen gefragt wie es mir geht und ob sie etwas für mich tun können. Jeder wusste sogar welches Zimmer wir haben. Es gibt 24/7 Room Service, der cleaning Service ist super lieb, die Zimmer sind toll und der Pool auch. Es ist wirklich alles so lieb und zuvorkommend. Das wirklich einzige ist, dass der Pool schon ziemlich kalt ist aber das mag ja auch Geschmacksache sein"
