This top-floor three-bedroom condo brings the beauty of the box canyon right into the residence with large windows and bright and airy living spaces.

Bedding: King, king, 2x twin beds.

This home is located on the third floor of the B building of the Riverside complex overlooking Town Park and the Beaver Pond. To enter, guests will climb one flight of exterior stairs from the parking lot level before reaching the main entrance.

Upon entering the home, guests will find all three bedrooms on the main level while the living space is up a flight of stairs.

The great room and living space have amazing vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of light. The living room has a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player, games, books and a gas fireplace. The space is accentuated by a wall of windows with sliding doors that lead to a private deck with stunning views of Ajax Peak, the Beaver Pond and the rest of the box canyon.

The living room is open to the dining room, which has a large table with seating for six and an additional three seats at the breakfast bar. The dining room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which has granite counters, a microwave, kettle, coffeepot, blender, crockpot, toaster oven and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal. There is a corner desk off the kitchen, as well as a second entrance to the condo.

The three bedrooms are located down the flight of stairs on the entry-level of the home. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall with amazing views of Ajax Peak! The room has a king bed, flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large granite single vanity with a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The second bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has two twin beds with access to a hallway bathroom. The third bathroom is located in the hallway and has a single vanity and a step-in shower with a glass surround.

Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located at the parking lot level.

The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views.

Downtown Telluride, the gondola and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Nice condo, walkable to lift and town

This condo had enough space for our family of 5 plus a set of grandparents. We could walk to the lift and easily into town for groceries, dinner and shopping. Clean and comfortable.

Disappointed

The Unit : Upon checking into the unit, it was not what we expected. The photos are slightly misleading. Although it has the best location, plenty of sun, and great views, the unit itself could really use an update. The photos don't show how small the kitchen is, how dated the furniture and bathrooms are, or the very old very stained carpet. On the plus side though, it's very bright and airy, you truly can't beat the location, and the hot tubs at Riverside are great! Cleaning : Here's where the big problem was. We arrived later in the day and it became VERY apparent that the unit had not been properly cleaned. (During COVID obviously but that's not what this is about). There was some sticky substance all over the guest entry book and remote controls, dirty towels still in the hampers, sheets had not been changed, FOOD STILL ON THE SILVERWARE THAT HAD BEEN PUT AWAY, etc.! We reached out to Telluride Alpine Lodging right away and couldn't get ahold of them until 1 PM the next day. They were very nonchalant about it. Luckily they did send over a cleaning crew but there was no apology or concern about it. After having stayed at many different Riverside units before with different rental management companies this was a pretty big let down. The finishes in the unit are what they are but they lack of proper cleaning and concern from TAL really left a weird feeling for the rest of the trip.

Great Condo

My group of 7 guys stayed here and it exceeded expectations. The place was spacious enough for us all to hang out in common areas and sleep comfortably. The town and slopes both only about 5 minutes walk away. I highly recommend this property to others, and would rebook again on my next trip to Telluride!

If you've been to Telluride before, you'll understand the importance of your accommodations proximity to the gondola station and this condo does not disappoint (3 block walk). Also within a couple blocks of a grocery store, great dining and everything else you need. Condo provides the quintessential ski atmosphere and was well kept. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We loved staying in this wonderful condo with incredible views and a perfect location! This is the second time we have stayed in this Riverside unit and we had just as great an experience as our first visit. It’s a perfect setup for our family - nice common space, cozy fireplace, thoughtful kitchen, good-sized bedrooms and even games for the kids. The proximity to the gondola, market and restaurants means a car is not necessary and you can’t beat me the views!

Outstanding property, beautiful views.

This is a really nice property and would work great for 2 families. It has one room with 2 twin bunk beds(which are a little tight for adults) but they do work. The beds are all comfortable and it has plenty of space. There was a nice outdoor hot tub. It is a very easy walk to restaurants, bars and the gondola. We really didn't have a single complaint We never found the 1/2 bath? but one of the showers had a steamer which was really nice.
