„This is a newer Fairfield Inn just east of Louisville. Very clean and nice. Just off the Interstate in an area that is not too developed. Some commercial construction going on nearby but the room(3rd floor) was very quiet. Breakfast had several choices so something for everyone. Staff was polite and helpful. All in all a nice overnight stay.“

Zwischendurch hat es mit der Reinigung nur bedingt geklappt. Leider waren wir in diesem Fall nicht zu 100% Zufrieden. Für uns war morgens und abends kein Manager zusprechen bzw. vor Ort. Wir hätten uns auch über schriftliche Mitteilung des Managements gefreut es gab jedoch keine Reaktion.

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts).
But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2*
