„Zusammenfassend: Nicht empfehlenswert. Man sollte also unbedingt Ohrstöpsel einpacken.

„Dirty room, furniture dirt and outdated (old IBIS), water leak and cracks in the room ceiling, aircon noisy and smelly, whole hotel needs renovation urgently. Stay away “

„When we were checking in the woman from the counter made me sign 2 papers. I wanted to know what I was signing. Small letters and a lot of text. She never told me and repeated 3 times “just sign”. She was rude. The other staff members were really friendly. The room smelled really bad. We left the window open for 5 hours but still smelled really bad. We arrived at the breakfast at 9:30 am and almost all the good food was gone. And the food that remained was cold. We would not recommend the hotel“

Restaurants etc. “

„Friendly welcome but the room was not ready (3.30pm). Anyway got a voucher for afternoon tea with little sweets. Super friendly and helpful staff as well as the environment and architecture. But my request for breakfast was ignored despite fruits are available at every market. And everywhere it's too cold from the AC's. “

„Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Küchenpersonal sehr freundlich, Rezeption ok, Zimmer etwas abgenutzt aber trotzdem gemütlich. “

„We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The ...

„Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!“

„It is a convenient place if you are looking for a place near pengkalan. There is a coin laundry at the block behind and also a mamak restaurant. You can also find Zus coffee and Family mart there too. Aeon section 18 is just 5 min drive away. It is about 15 min to town center. The room and bed is clean and comfy. perfect if you are looking for a simple overnight stat without all the fuss“

„This hotel was fantastic. My stay was don't comfortable my wife did her shopping. “
