The street names throughout Palma Ceia are of Cuban origin, coming from streets in the old section of Havana. Historians say the most likely explanation is that Angel Cuesta, president of Cuesta, Rey Cigars, shared a map of Havana with developer Thomas Palmer while discussing the area.



Getting Around:

Located in historic Palma Ceia, one of South Tampa's most prestigious and upscale neighborhoods. Known for its gorgeous tree-lined brick streets and upscale local boutiques, it carries a unique heritage, its street names are of Cuban origin, inspired by old Havana.

Pet Policy: We are proudly pet-friendly for small breeds! A fee of $100 per pet applies (up to 2 pets). We kindly ask that well-behaved pets are crated when left alone and do not bark when unattended to respect our neighbors.



Parking: One reserved parking space is provided on the right side of the driveway (the left side is reserved for Habana Courtyard Guests). Ample street parking is also available.



Stairway & Noise Notice: This is a second-floor unit accessible only via a steep set of stairs, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. Because the stairway sits directly above the first-floor unit's bedroom, we kindly ask guests to tread lightly to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
