You’ll have exclusive access to the clubhouse lounge, fitness center, pool, basketball court, walking/biking trail, and a shared grill for outdoor cooking. A nearby gym adds extra flexibility for workouts, and the gated community’s security guard ensures a safe, welcoming environment.

Three visitor‑labeled parking spots are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, giving you convenient off‑street parking. The gated entrance and on‑site security guard add an extra layer of peace of mind throughout your stay.

Located in Lutz, the unit sits just five minutes from the University of South Florida campus and eight minutes from MOSI. Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park are all within a short drive, offering a mix of thrills, nature walks, and wildlife spotting. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, the blend of comfortable interiors and easy access to local highlights makes this simply designed paradise feel like home.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
