Guests must park at the mail box. Street parking only. One car per reservation is recommend. Please do not park in the driveway.

Tiny house is located at the top of the driveway behind the fence. You will find a gate with a "welcome" sign. You're in the right spot!

Other things to note
Wild & Rooted features a stock tank pool for a unique and refreshing experience—perfect for cooling off in Tampa’s warm weather! The stock tank is not heated.
The tiny home design maximizes space and comfort but may not be ideal for guests requiring larger accommodations. The unit is about 160 sq ft. There is no oven or stove but offers an air fryer, hot plate, and microwave. There is no dishwasher.
Riverside Heights is a walkable, family-friendly neighborhood; however, you may encounter typical Florida wildlife such as lizards and bugs, especially in warmer months. We recommend you pack sunscreen and bug spray.
Free street parking is available at the unit. We recommend you bring one car for ease and convenience. The location is close to Tampa's top attractions, including Armature Works, Riverwalk, and major sports, concert venues, and the airport.
We ask all guests to respect our home and neighborhood by observing quiet hours and treating the space with care.

Eclectic cozy

First i would like to thank the host for being accommodating. The place was beautiful and clean. There were extra towels,lighting and WIFI. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, unique and near the boardwalk.

Adorable experience

This micro house was very comfortable and a cute experience. Coffee on the couch (porch) in the morning among the tropics plants was a bonus. The host was highly communicative and fixed our minor problem quickly then left us a bottle of wine!

Disappointing

While the property mirrored the pictures online, this was the worse check in process I have ever experienced! The property owner sent several emails outlining the check in with detail. But neglected to include the door code. I had a major event in Tampa but was an hour late trying to secure the code. I had to call VBRO help line and started a chat to get some contact info for the property owner. After frantic lobbying by me, they provided me a telephone number which was incorrect. I finally decided to go to a hotel. On my way to the card, I received a text with the door code. I will never agree to rent again without adequate contact information
