Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Hyatt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude, können daher nicht die Cabanas beurteilen. Beide Pools waren recht kalt, etwas wärmer wäre idealer gewesen. Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht war ausreichend groß und mit schöner Aussicht. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut, das beste was wir in den USA bis jetzt hatten. Personal sehr freundlich in allen Bereichen. Dem Badezimmer würde eine Auffrischung gut tun. Der Schlauch von der Duschbrause war angerissen, die Halterung war nicht mehr justierbar. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten die zu beheben sind. Trotzdem für 4 Sterne etwas unerwartet. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aber absolut zu empfehlen.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with the feedback about your recent stay at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. You are correct with your observation of our rooms needing updating. We are scheduled for a renovation that should start the first quarter of 2022. It has been delayed for several months due in part to the availability of materials needed to complete the project. When the renovations are completed it should look like a new hotel inside. I'm happy to read you enjoyed the view of the bay and breakfast with us and our colleagues showed you a true Hyatt touch. Should you choose to stay with us in Tampa in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me as I would be happy to assist you.

be prepared to have your room given away! I had booked a double room and they gave it away. they said that they can overbook by 10 percent. And basically there was nothing they could Do for me but give me a cot. the cot they gave me is gross. old and gross. Very disappointed. I wasn’t even offered compensation until I said what are you going to do to compensate this. which they did say they would take $75 Off the price. I would rather of just had my room that I booked. I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel because of this and it really ruined my night, it took me a while to get over it. Will not be coming back
