This newly remodeled first-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation. Step inside to a bright, stylish retreat featuring a queen bed, a comfortable sofa sleeper, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, Flamingo Fling offers a serene, judgment-free space to simply be yourself.

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, fresh linens, towels, and all the essentials for a stress-free stay. The open living space flows naturally to your private screened patio — perfect for morning coffee, quiet reading, or stargazing under Florida skies.

Guests may also purchase day passes to access Paradise Lakes Resort amenities (not included with the condo stay). The resort features multiple heated pools, hot tubs, pickleball, two restaurants, poolside bars, and the exclusive Club Reveal nightclub for weekend entertainment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the entire first-floor condo, including the living area, bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, and private screened patio — your own peaceful retreat inside the gated Paradise Lakes community.

Upon arrival, guests will enter through Gate A (Yellow Lane) using the provided gate access code for their first entry. A keycard will then be waiting inside the condo for easy in-and-out access throughout your stay.

Community Requirements:
Paradise Lakes Resort is a gated, clothing-optional community. All guests are required to:
Complete a short rental application and acknowledge the community rules prior to check-in.
Provide a valid photo ID for verification and a soft background check.
Review and sign the Rules & Regulations Acknowledgment Form provided after booking.
Your reservation will be fully confirmed once these steps are completed and approved by the community association (PLCA).

Resort Access
Your stay includes access to the condo only. Resort amenities such as pools, hot tubs, fitness center, restaurants, and Club Reveal require a separate daily or multi-day pass purchased directly from Paradise Lakes Resort.
Keycard & Entry Info
Use Gate A (Yellow Lane) for your first entry.
A gate access code will be provided prior to check-in.
Once inside, you’ll find a keycard on the wall by the door — please use it for all future entries/exits.
Lost or unreturned cards will incur a $100 replacement fee.

House Rules (Summary)
No smoking inside the unit or on the porch (designated smoking areas only).
No pets unless pre-approved by management and the community.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No photography or video recording within the resort without permission.
