The hotel is not near much that you can walk to. We were fine with it for the most part. Pool is small as is the sitting area, if the hotel was busy, that would be a problem. No pool towels Sunday afternoon as they were washing them all. Rooms are muggy and not ventilated well. Air conditioners are very loud so having a good quality sleep is not fully attainable.

It's in a good location with a good view. The restaurant isn't much but the food was good. The walls of this hotel are SUPER thin, you can hear people talking through them and when they turn the TV on you PRAY they turn it off before you go to bed.

This was a great hotel for business travel. They did have a big group of girls in for the time I stayed, making it noisy and crowded. The hallway leading to my room smelled like marijuana and my room was inconsistent with temperatures, but in general it did the job!

Rooms were not cleaned and not maintained, we moved from one room because the room had sheets that had not been cleaned. When we got to our second room we didn't have a clean bathroom and was moldy. For being a Double Tree property you would expect the hotel to be in good condition but it needs much updating and will not be staying at this hotel or another double tree property.
Even the pool needed to be cleaned and maintained. This property is a 1 star in my opinion maybe a 2 star just because of the location and amenities.

All in all, everybody was very accommodating and helpful. The only bad thing that happened was when I got home from my trip, I was checking my cc account online, and they had charged my card for the stay (I had already paid through Expedia). Expedia took care of it very quickly, and all is good.
