Cozy Quaint Ybor City Loft steps from 7th Ave.

Ybor City was founded as an independent town in 1885 by a group of cigar manufacturers led by Vicente Martinez-Ybor in 1887. The original population was mostly composed of Cuban and Spanish immigrants so the influence is still strong in Ybor.
Only a 3 minute walk, and your right at the steps of one of the most historic restaurants in Tampa, The Columbia. We are excited to welcome you to Tampa. You chose a location rich with history, music, food and night life, so bienvenido!(Welcome!)
The space
We provides self check- in and check -out with keyless smart locks for building and apartment entrance.
However we live minutes away and can readily address any issues that may arise, as well as providing recommendations for resturant and entertainment options in the area.

Our quaint loft is a great place to relax and soak up the Ybor City day night life. Step out the entrance and you are literally a 5 minute walk to all that is Ybor.

Pets welcomed with a $25 pet pet cleaning fee.
Guest access
Guests have access to unit and the front patio space.
The building is still under renovations on the exterior of building. This in no way should effect your stay. We just ask that you not use the back exit as back area is were the building materials are being stored and we want everyone to stay safe.
Other things to note
Free parking on premises.

Outside of building is under renovation for a building front facelift. We are mindful of guest so when work is being done, all work stops at 5pm. Please only access the front entrance during this time.
