Excellent option if you want to be near everywhere in Tampa bay. Close to grocery store and all what you need to get food.

Just not for us
The pictures you see if all the space there is. It was extremely small. We had to dress in the shower because there is no room in the bathroom. The internet and t.v. never did work. I was hoping for an oven but it is just a cooktop. That was my error not reading the listing properly. There is no living room area to sit comfortably. You lay on the bed. It was very clean and in a nice quite neighborhood. I think VRBO needs to have a requirement listing square footage.

Hi there and thank you for your review. We always want to make sure that we describe the unit as early as possible. This is an in-law suite that is completely private and independent with no space shared. The unit has a very small living room separate from the bedroom

A very nice place for one or two people! Very close to walkable things like: target, bus stop 16 (east and west on waters), bus stop 30 (downtown and airport), walmart, tons of restaurants, bank atms, etc. Extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood.

This was a perfect location. For me. close to the interstate and places to eat. They bed was comfy. The bathroom is a lil tight with the sink and toilet being so close. If you’re a bigger person this might not work for you. The kitchenette was cute. I don’t cook but having a mini fridge helped for left over and milk. The woman who lives in the main part of the house didn’t seem friendly. I waved when I say hey and she never smiled and barely waved. None of which took away from my experience but it was a bit unexpected to say hi to someone in Tampa and them not even wave. The rest of the city was friendly

Just what I needed
This unit is well thought out. At no point did I feel I needed to leave to get something I needed. If you have company or two vehicles, there is only parking spot out front but there is parking on the adjacent street. There is a target, Starbucks, and restaurants very close if you need something additional. Honestly, when I left I realized I had become attached to my little temporary home. Next time I’m in Tampa, I will check for availability again.
