The upper landing functions as extra sleeping area with futons, while downstairs the bright living area and a bedroom that provides two single beds for versatility.

Step outside to your private 20 m² terrace, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. The open-plan kitchen is outfitted with stove, dishwasher, kettle, capsule coffee machine, toaster, full cookware, utensils, dishes, and cutlery. The modern bathroom includes a washing machine and premium toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel).
