Big bonus for us was the extra family-friendly features: pack and play and high chair on site, stairs with baby gate/door. The hot tub and pool were great. „Six night stay starting 6/14/26. Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High & Dry! Located on a quiet culdesac minutes away from The Island in Pigeon Forge and short drive to Gatlinburg. Steps away from a peaceful paved walk along the river; home to a lot of geese. Our house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The large deck among trees was a great place for morning coffee. Nice, private area. Our first trip to Tennessee was wonderful and we will be returning ...

„A lovely view, great game room and theater. We had a great stay with everything as promised with the exception of some indoor household equipment. (Master shower nob, dishwasher and range trouble and bad smell in the master bedroom.) The ledge in the parking lot was scary, it was a two inch step up and then you had to stop quickly so you didn’t drop off! Otherwise, five bathrooms were great, comfortable beds and view was spectacular. An overall good stay.“
