Dieses Haus in West Shore Tahoe befindet sich in einer ruhigen, schönen Gegend und bietet einen atemberaubenden Seeblick. Die Hauptebene bietet einen weit geöffneten Wohnbereich, in dem Sie sich perfekt unterhalten können. Genießen Sie den Seeblick vom gesamten Wohnbereich aus. einschließlich der gut ausgestatteten, neu gestalteten Küche, in der Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten finden, die Sie benötigen, einschließlich Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle. The view was absolutely magnificent and the deck was great. I did think they should upgrade the kitchen. There were no platters, many dishes and cups were cracked, no complete set of the very basics like measuring spoons and measuring cups. They had four mismatched wine glasses in a four bedroom home. Also two blinds did not work at all, several fans were broken and it was 90 degrees in the house during the day. There were cobwebs everywhere inside and outside the house. The NBQ was filthy and it took a long time to clean it. The rug needed shampooing and the interior needed painting.

Amazing views!!
Every negative thing you could imagine about this place would be negated by the most amazing views of the lake. It is very homey/cozy and has all of the amenities needed for a long/short term stay. The bathroom downstairs could use some updating but other than that, the stay was beyond awesome! Location is spot on - near burger and pizza spots as well as well as the Tahoma market. Can't be beat - hope to return soon!!!

Amazing Views! Great property management experience
The views from this home are absolutely incredible. As stated in past reviews, the furnishings could use some updating. Most of our time was spent away from the house and on the deck enjoying those views. The house has great space and is very well equipped. I would like to mention that our experience with the property management company Tahoe Time was wonderful. They were very responsive and continued to communicate very efficiently leading up to and during our stay with any questions or needs that we had. I would definitely recommend renting from them again. Thank you!

My family of 6 absolutely loved this home. It was the perfect house with breathtaking views of Meeks Bay and Lake Tahoe. The home had everything needed for our stay of the week. We did need to call in requesting wine glasses as there were none available, but the property manager dropped them off promptly! The fans were a big help during the hot afternoons, and the sunsets were just spectacular. Five stars from our group!

Beautiful Views
The home was very cozy and had all the supplies and amenities to host a family for a week's vacation. The views are magnificent and the location of nearby shops and restaurants is perfect. This place is just out of the way for a great family retreat but still close enough to partake in everything Lake Tahoe offers. My only complaint is that the door and window screens need replacing as they let in mosquitos and flies. Some of the windows didn't open and since there is no AC it would get rather warm during the day. Otherwise, it's a great home to relax and enjoy family time.

The house has an amazing view. It’s a beautiful home. We can just stay in the house all day and feel rested. I have everything I need to cook our meals. I love the clean white bedsheets and white towels. The beds and pillows are decent. We enjoyed watching the DVD movie collections at night. It’s in the very good neighborhood close to places we went to, the hikes and trails up the mountain. The area wasn’t crowded, we went Monday to Thursday. Pets allowed, thank you! We took our doodle to Monkey Rock, Cascade Falls and Kaspian beach. There is no backyard so we had to walk the dog day and night to do his routine and clean up after him. There is no covered parking. Park on the left side of the house on the road. I’m only bothered that the plates and bowls have cracks and chips but this is a very easy fix. Overall we had the best experience and would love to be back.

Lake Tahoe Getaway
Waking up, after arriving near midnight the night before, to the AMAZING view literally took our breath away! The views deserve way more than 5 stars. The kitchen and living room area with floor to ceiling windows also let us take in the spectacular view! The kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. When we come back to Tahoe, we will definitely book here again! We did not want to leave!

I didn’t want to go home!
Spellbinding views and the ambience of the main room made it hard to leave. It’s the best view houses I’ve ever rented With the long daylight hours I wish there was more effective window coverings as I was awake at 5:30 every morning. My only feedback on cleanliness is the outdoor furniture is in very rough shape and did not exactly beckon us to sit outside, which is a shame since that deck is amazing. That said we’ll definitely be back, maybe again later this summer!

Needs lots of upkeep but view and location are great
We also felt like the home could use lots more upkeep, even for a cabin-like place. My main complaint though was that the gas grill provided was a mess. Was very frustrated that I had to start our stay with not only cleaning the grill racks but also clearing out the holes in the burners to make it work. I doubt it's been maintained or cleaned for months. But beyond that, only thing to mention is the view...just amazing. We love Tahoe. :))

Views are absolutely stunning! Great layout. Fully stocked kitchen although we did not cook. We did agree with some of the comments that the view was fabulous but the inside furniture was a bit lumpy and bumpy. That’s the only negative, otherwise the house was perfect!

We had a great time staying at the Penthouse! The view was fabulous, the location was great, and it was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small kids. It is located between center and west village so it was an easy walk to both. The hot tub was great, the condo was very clean and cozy, and check in was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Yes if you are thinking of renting a nice house with an absolutely amazing view of Lake Tahoe as well as surrounding snow covered mountains. Then this is the perfect place to vacation year round. Stay for the view
I would give the view 10 stars if I could. It’s a spectacular view, but understand that’s why you book this house. Although there are 4 bedrooms, I’m glad it was just my wife and I staying. First, all the beds are queens (or bunk beds) and they are the hardest beds I’ve ever had to sleep on. I considered sleeping on the floor for a little extra comfort. At a minimum, they need an egg crate on these beds. I’m guessing they are the cheapest beds they could find and my neck and back are still feeling it 2 days later. Second, the outdoor furniture is terrible. It’s old, dirty, worn, and there’s too much of it. Unfortunately, because the patio furniture was unusable in our opinion, we could not enjoy the view from it except for the many times that we stepped out and stood by the railing. We mostly enjoyed the view from the kitchen and living room which was good for us because the fireplace was a nice touch. Third, there is too much furniture in the house - mainly the living room and deck. Fourth, the cleaning crew is amazing. The house was very clean and it’s not an easy house to clean with all the furniture and light fixtures (think antlers as a chandelier and how dusty that could be, but wasn’t bc of the cleaning crew’s attention to detail). Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay after we came to grips with the items above and looked past them. This house is easily 5 stars if the owner simply took a week’s worth of profit from the house and put it back into it - desperately needs a new paint job inside, new outdoor furniture, new beds (at least a topper), and the downstairs bathroom (which they don’t show in the photos and for good reason) needs a serious refresh.
