The Space:
Located on the serene northwestern shore is where you’ll find Lakeview Manor, a charming and laid-back retreat surrounded by natural beauty, its tranquil ambiance setting the stage for relaxation and rejuvenation while adventure sits waiting around every corner.

Take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the water and surrounding mountainous terrain from the home’s spacious deck and patio, relaxing with a cup of tea or a glass of wine while the fresh, pine-scented air carries all your worries away. In the evening hours, a bubbling hot tub will ease your tired muscles after days spent exploring and enjoying this all-seasons playground, while you count the constellations among the vast canopy of stars.

When you’re ready to take full advantage of the lake, head into Carnelian Bay for a sun-soaked day at the beach or to head out by boat for all manner of water sports. Popular among anglers, this area also offers excellent opportunities for fishing, especially for lake trout. For those who prefer land-based activities, there are numerous hiking and biking trails with spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains. Of course, in the winter months, you’ll want to set your sights on the numerous surrounding ski areas, each offering their own unique blend of challenging runs and cozy lodges.

The home’s interior is the perfect spot for gathering and regrouping between excursions, where large picture windows illuminate rooms in natural light while keeping those unbeatable views front and center. Two separate living rooms, one upstairs and one down, allow everyone to spread out and have the entertainment experience they desire, each offering plush seating options, a smart TV, and fireplaces to keep you warm and toasty during the cooler months. The stylish kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing stainless steel appliances, smooth stone countertops, and rich wood cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a spread of delicious hors d’oeuvres while seated up at the counter or gather around one of two tables for a more formal dining experience, each seating 6 and 4, respectively.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms, a private apartment, and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a pedestal sink and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

The apartment includes 2 queen size beds, a kitchenette, smart TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and there is AC available via Mini Splits.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
