Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.
Unser Zimmer war gross und sauber. Für ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Frühstück war warm und gut. An der Rezeption dauert es etwas länger. Sieht so aus als das das einchecken für die Angestellten schwierig zu bedienen ist.

Hotel sehr nah an der Autobahn für Greäusch empfindliche Personen nicht geeignet!!Frühstück Typisch amerikanisch von kontinental keine Spur!! Reinigung des Zimmers nur spontan Handtücher werden genommen aber keine neuen gebracht kann man sich dann an der Rezeption selber holen!! Werde dieses Hotel/Motel nicht weiterempfehlen!!!

The website didn't say the property is gated, and that you have to call the front desk to let you in. I called 5 times and no one answered. A guy who live in the gated area let me in. The lady behind the desk was not friendly. The rooms needed updating, painting, and the furniture replaced. There is a Holiday Inn Express next to it. Stay there.

The elevator smell like pee, I had to give a $100 cash deposit that I was unaware of. Then to receive my deposit back I had to wait while they went and check the room. They have tenets not guests. Most of the people there lived there. Broken down cars. A clean and sober housing in the same parking lot. Will never stay there again. We checked the bed and whole room for bed bugs and other thing before even taking our bags inside.

This place needs a complete overhaul if it is to be used as an hotel. It is being used as some temporary low income housing, it was noisy with fighting and yelling going on through out the night. Our door to Our room had obviously been kicked in at some point, and they no insisted on a $100.00 deposit over and s as move the room charge. Booked on line, didn’t see the place first or never would have stayed there. Front desk woman was very nice but the hotel was not.

The room was clean. There was only one staff member on the front desk and it took almost seven hours to get an urgent phone call. Calls were not transferred to my room, a policy I was unaware of. I finally received a call from the desk the next morning with a message!

got there at 2 am after driving for 10 hrs. got the room no problem. get in the room and there is a massive blood splatter on the curtain. had to walk back to the office and they gave me a new room but we couldnt open the door had to walk back to the office and they had to come and help us get the door open becaose the knob was broken. they said it was an up grade but it was smaller than the first.

This property is rundown, missing items in the room, the continental breakfast was cancelled, severally unstaffed, and a very long check out process. I feel sorry for the two front desk employees and all the work they had to do without any support. There was nothing Quality about this property at all.

Checked in and they told me that they have no queen size left. They said I can upgrade to king but will have to pay the difference. After several discussions, I persuaded them that I booked and paid in advance and should get the upgrade at the same rate. I received no breakfast that was offered as they ran out of everything. They also stated any trash left in room will be charged to me. I have never been treated this way before. Someone needs to really do something about this location

Room was fine. No room service over the 5 days. Breakfast was terrible. Enough for toast and coffee. Saturday meal was brown bagged. I looked into bags to see what we could eat.(major allergies reasons). Staff took exception to seeing what we could eat. Felt uncomfortable and uneasy. Poor staff skills.

I had pre-paid for the room. They demanded $100 cash on arrival as a deposit - would not accept credit card. I wanted to check-out early in the morning on my last day and despite receiving assurances from day staff this would not be a problem I was not able to get my cash back until day staff came - about 30 minutes after I wanted to leave. Breakfast was not very good.

This was an interesting experience, and not one hope to repeat. The hallways to get to the room were disgusting and very dirty. There were people, who i think were staff, hanging outside the front door smoking. My room door had a terrible load squeak when opening and closing. I left for the day to work and came back to the room after a ling day to fi d someone trying to get into my room with a key card. I told them i thought they had the wrong room. But, in fact, they had been assigned my room while i was still in it. I rerurned to the front desk to explain the issue only to find another person, who had just checked in, telling the desk staff the room she had been assigned was already occupied by someone else. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have asked for a refund and found somewhere else to stay. I will never stay there again.

Front desk staff was very kind and got us checked in quickly. This property is run down, but was very clean. It did appear that rooms were being leased on a long term basis. Area felt a tad unsafe after dark and we did encounter a guesf was afraid to go outside and was waiting for someone to walk her out to her car. Room had no garbage can.

Sketchy place. Cash only deposit. Nothing states CASH only until you get there. NUMEROUS issues with my room. Staff was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. I also wasn’t the only parent who felt this way during our stay. I will be contacting the property’s regional director.

When I got there they had a cash only $100 deposit. No where did it say this so I had to leave and get it. Then the facility was so sketch! Noise all night and smelled like smoke. Trash out front too. Holes in tile and clear patch jobs on the walls. I will never stay there again.

Choose anywhere else to stay
First off, upon checking in, we were told that a surprise 100 dollar CASH deposit was required. I originally booked 1 room with 2 queen beds. The room that they gave us was absolutely filthy, it had not been cleaned at all. They sent us to a second room, which also had not been cleaned at all. The third and final room that they gave us was supposed to be a free ”upgrade” for the trouble. This 3rd room was also dirty, but not as bad as the previous 2. It only had 1 king size bed, which I had booked 2 beds. The hot water did not work. Stains on the carpet, writing and holes on the walls. Tv wasn’t functional. Our key cards never worked, we had to have the front desk come up every time. Smoke detectors were chirping. Oh yeah, AND to top it off, there was black mold in the ceiling. It was absolutely ridiculous, and the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Very poor experience - dirty, unsafe, room already occupied. When we came in to check in there were police at the front desk handling what seemed to be a domestic dispute, so four different people were scrambling to get us checked in while dealing with them. At this time I confirmed how to get our cash-only (no cards accepted) $100 deposit back, which they said they’d have on hand when we came up and returned our receipt at checkout for the refund (incorrect info). The room they put us in had a man working in there (because it didn’t have locks or a fire alarm) and he asked how long we were going to stay in the room, we said until Sunday (it seemed he thought we would only be there a few hours?), when we said Sunday he continued to work for an additional 15 minutes then decided hed come back Sunday and finally left our room. Two of our room’s lights didn’t work, it was dirty from the man’s work equipment being on the counter, our bed and the debris from the floor. When I went to get the deposit at checkout Sunday morning they said they “couldn’t get in the safe with the deposits” and the manager wouldn’t be there until Monday to give the deposit back. They said they were unreachable and then stated I should have told them I wanted to check out on my last day and pointed to a new sign they had added after my check in. I don’t know who told them they could use the word Quality to describe themselves, but it was certainly by someone who doesn’t know the meaning of the word.
