From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well everything worked, from the smooth and efficient transportation to the very warm welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was also fantastic—it was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat. I especially enjoyed the resort's amenities. The pools were simply wonderful and beautifully maintained, and the location was great for exploring the area. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious choices at every meal. "Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und die Lage absolut perfekt. Auch das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Leider lässt der Service stark zu wünschen übrig: Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche kein einziges Mal gewechselt, die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte oft erst am späten Nachmittag. Im Restaurant herrscht Chaos – lange Wartezeiten, fehlende Gerichte und ein schlechtes Frühstück trotz vieler untätiger Mitarbeiter. Insgesamt: schönes Hotel, aber katastrophales Management."
