„The resort is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The highlight is the view of the mountains and the Fansipan, the spa is also beautifully designed. The staff were very friendly, after a trek with some mud they got us a new brush to clean our clothes and shoes. The procedures are still a bit bumpy in the spa and at the breakfast buffet, but I think this will improve as the hotel has just opened. "The Resort is really a lovely place. The Panorama View room was huge and had everything we needed. It was very nice to shower with such a view. Also the infinity swimming pool was amazing. There is also a spa and a small gym room. To go to the town you can rent a scooter. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you to Sarah, Luis and the other staff members for making our stay very comfortable. We can recommend this resort and would definitely come back. "This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance.
We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly.
