„Just stayed the night, in late afternoon, left early in the morning. Awesome place, our room was in the second floor and I looked the river. We walked to dinner at Chesapeake, then walked up to Starbucks in the morning for coffee. Most ships were not open but, we were on a schedule and had to run. Would definitely stay again “

The location is excellent; it's close to everything, but tucked away so that it's quiet. Our room was well-appointed and felt more like a vacation home than a hotel room. Our family would stay here every time we're in the area.“

„Gutes Hotel etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Gatlinburg. Sehr nettes Personal, früher einchecken war überhaupt kein Problem.. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Minigolfplatz. Für Kinder ist der Pool mit Wasserrutsche ein riesiger Spaß. Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte aber einen seltsamen chemischen Geruch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Frühstücksraum nett eingerichtet.“

„I like staying everything standing there for four years. I also did another review and video on social media about how much I love the hotel. The only thing I was disappointed in this time is that the pool was not ready for swimming it needs to be cleaned, but other than that, everything is perfect in the staff is amazing.“

"Das Hotel war glücklicherweise etwas abseits vom Parkway Drive, der Hauptstrasse, an der entlang sich Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und Attraktionen reihen. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, es war sauber und der Raum war schon beeindruckend. Den Balkon mit Blick zum Fluss, musste man sich mit dem Nachbarzimmer teilen. Wir haben ihn aber kaum genutzt, wir hatten auch nur 2 Übernachtungen. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, Toast, Bagels, Pancakes und Cerials. Natürlich wieder Pappteller, Pappbecher und Plastikbesteck. Zum Parkwaydrive sind es nur wenige Laufminuten und man ist mitten im Geschehen. "

The inside of the hotel really does need some work/renovation done badly.
Calling it "historic" is just putting glace on the old, outdated and obsoleted inside. It was super clean but by the smell you can clearly tell that everything was not "historic" but just super old"
