It's in a very convenient location right in the CBD of Swan Hill and directly across the road from the train station, so has fantastic access to transport, shops and parks. The room itself is faultless. We stayed in a queen single room and it was wonderful; recently renovated with modern amenities including a lovely walk in shower. The only minor downside is the indoor swimming pool, it's VERY old and dated plus solar heated so can be freezing! Otherwise it was great. The staff are lovely and the accommodation is more than sufficient, we will definitely stay again.

We found all staff very welcoming and friendly, the rooms were lovely and very clean, the location is right in the shopping centre which is ideal

The electric blanket did not work and had been tucked upder the mattress so you couldn't get to it and turned off at the power point

Nicely renovated
Pleasantly surprised. Room was recently updated to a high standard with quality finishes (painting, tiling, etc. all done well). Location great with Aldi next door and plenty of other dining options within a 5-10min walk. Have stayed at other regional motels for similar money, which were quite inferior to this place. Definitely recommend

This property was in the middle of transport, shopping and multiple dining choices. The pioneer settlement was within walking distance but a bit spooky walking back. I would have given 5 stars except the heated pool and spa were not heated enough or clean.

No reception when I booked online. I had to find a number to ring to get them to come & open up the room. They were grumpy about having to come back. Motel was poorly lit and the room airless. Terrible lighting - all overhead, no bedside lights. Pillows were hard with no choice.

My big bugbear with some motels, this one included, is why put the towels on the bed when there is ample room in the bathroom where they are used. Not really a fan of the hot water system in the shower, maybe a better one and then I would rate this lovely motel 9.80 out of 10, leaving a little room for improvement, haha. Just a wonderful find, well done to management, including their grand daughter at reception, what a treasure she is.

The room 23 and from what I saw of others have all been updated in last years, and were well maintained. The venue looks outdated but rooms were not. Biggest vanity bench in a motel I have seen in a long time. Location in center of town with very easy access. Road noise at back did not keep me awake. Door needs a draught strip on the bottom and an extra bedside table.
