Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher.
Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax.

"Wenn man die Bilder beim Buchen sieht, denkt man, ja, ein nettes Hotel, wenn man das Hotel dann sieht, heiĂt es, willkommen in der Wirklichkeit, es hat wohl die besten Tage hinter sich. Es mĂŒsste von Grund auf saniert werden, es ist völlig egal, welches Detail man begutachtet, immer ist etwas kaputt oder nicht voll funktionsfĂ€hig.
Ad 1 Das Zimmer:
Die ZimmertĂŒr hĂ€ngt so sehr, dass man oben durchschauen kann. Die Couch war schmutzig, der FuĂboden war nicht gesaugt. Die Bettlampen waren auĂer Funktion. Das Wechseln der HandtĂŒcher findet wohl beim Auszug statt. Das Zimmer war warm und die FuĂbodenheizung war angenehm.
Ad 2 Das Spa:
Im Poolbereich tropfte das Wasser von der Decke auf die LiegestĂŒhle. In den Duschen gab es selten Seife in den BehĂ€ltern. Das Wasser war sehr angenehm und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.
Die verschiedenen Saunen waren immer bereit. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Massage war top.
Ad 3 FrĂŒhstĂŒck/Bufett
Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr gut. Es gab fĂŒr jeden Geschmack ein breites Angebot. Das RĂŒhrei wurde immer nachgefĂŒllt, ebenso der Schinkenspeck dazu. Es gab jede Menge Angebot an GemĂŒse und Obst, sowie GetrĂ€nke von 07:30 bis 10:00 Uhr. Es war alles in allem der best organisierte Bereich des Hotels.
Ad 4 Service:
Hier bin ich ebenso sehr geteilter Meinung. Zwischen gut und schlecht war alles dabei. Wir konnten kein Upgrade machen, um das Abendessen dazuzubuchen. Transfer vom Flughafen Sofia per Taxi war super organisiert. Top! Danke dafĂŒr!"

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations.
