I will say that I am SHOCKED that you had a problem during “quiet hours”! Ocean Lakes is super strict with that but I did call security and let them know about your complaint. I also notified my cleaning lady about the oven and the smell in the back bedroom. She assured me that she would take care of it! I hope you have a wonderful summer!

You were informed that you needed to bring your own linens in the paperwork that was emailed to you. I know you received this paper as this is the only way you would have the codes to get in the house and get the keys to the golf cart. It was actually high lighted in yellow that you needed to bring your own linens. I am so sorry that you forgot to bring them but you were informed.

Our golf cart arrived Sunday morning at 8:30AM per OL Golf Golf Shop, NOT Monday as he indicated. When the previous renter departed, he informed me that the golf cart was making a clicking noise when braking. I immediately had the golf cart taken to the repair shop in Ocean Lakes. The repair man called me at 4:30pm Sat and said it was fixed and they were returning it to our site. Mr Kayuha later called me and was irate that the golf cart was not there and immediately rented one without my knowledge. By this time, the repair shop had closed so I knew I had to wait to Sunday morning to contact them which I did as soon as they opened. He said they got extremely busy and didn’t have time to bring it back to my site, but that’s not what he told me Saturday so I thought they had returned it. I called Sunday morning as soon as they opened and asked that they return it ASAP which they did. I am so very sorry this happened, I truly did everything in my power to remedy the situation. As for the cleanliness of the house, I have two cleaning ladies that clean for me. They both assured me that the floors and house were left clean. As for the table outside being dirty, it is OUTSIDE beside a busy street and the cleaning lady verified that she did clean that table as always-no previous renter has complained about this. The cleaning lady admitted and apologized that she did not see the small bag by the grill nor the kitchen sponge that had fallen into or behind the sink-neither is a big deal. Also, I had a repairman come in for a minor repair just minutes before Mr Kayuha arrived. He stated that this was one of the cleanest houses he has been in and he goes into a lot of houses in Ocean Lakes for repairs. All the renter’s complaints were “quick fixes”, not “deal breakers”. Also note that of all the conversations we had on Saturday concerning the golf cart, he never mentioned the house being unclean until Monday at 5:59pm. He should have immediately reached out to me, not days later. My cleaning ladies live in Ocean Lakes and could have quickly returned to accommodate his concerns. Had I been advised immediately, all could have been corrected.
