„Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite.“

„Room were clean and staff was helpful“

„Overall experience was excellent, the staffs are accommodating and warm.“

„Family-friendly area and very secured.“

„Madie’s place is a nice, chill place to stay. We had the whole place to ourselves because of having 8 people. It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. Besides that the only other negative is the condition and size of the bathrooms, very small besides one of them and old and dirty looking. The host was amazing her name ...

„Far and dirty“

„Overall great service. Definetly staying with them again.“

„Great staff, good views from room!“

„The staff were wonderfully friendly, and the service was excellent, which made the stay pleasant. Still, there were a few issues: hot water was only available in some rooms, the toilet leaked and caused water on the bathroom floor, and the beds were still wrapped in plastic. Overall, a welcoming team but rooms that need some improvement.“

„The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend.“

„For the money we paid it was worth every penny. place was clean didn’t smell, and the staff was very friendly“

„Excellent staff, was moved to different room immediately when there was a problem with airconditioner leaking. Central location convenient to UPLB.“
