Waters Edge at Holden Beach - Unit 433-A Newly-Renovated Oceanfront Condo w/Great Views, Shared Outdoor Pool, Free WiFi

It's all about the view! Outdoors and in, you will be happy in this newly renovated condo. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6. New Queen bed in master with full bath, Queen in second bedroom with full shared bath and new queen sleeper sofa in living room (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofa). This condo has lots of extras: the large 2nd story, half covered, deck has bar height Polywood furniture (great beach, pool and pier view). The interior has new floors, paint and furniture in tasteful, peaceful hues with silent ceiling fans throughout.

If you want to stay connected while you are here, there is fast, reliable WiFi, two new smart TV's, and an Amazon Echo for music. If you prefer to be unplugged we have a cabinet full of games, cards and books.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your family's needs including dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, Keurig, and large pantry. There is central heat and air, a washer and dryer and extra outlets for your convenience. There is covered parking for 2 cars.
The small, 20 unit complex has direct beach access, a good sized pool, outdoor showers, charcoal grills and is conveniently located next to the Holden Beach fishing pier and the general store/beach shop and ice cream.

Spring Getaway

Nice oceanfront condo, newly renovated. We enjoyed the deck and easy beach access. The building is right near the public access of the pier which was busy even in the off season. Don't think I'd stay here in the summer unless you like crowded beaches. FYI -The dishwasher takes over 2 hours to run and they want you to wash, dry and put away all dishes before you leave so you'll need to time that.

Perfect spot for our 30th anniversary long weekend

We enjoyed everything about this lovely place. We definitely would stay again. The unit is beautiful and cozy we felt right at home. All of the communication I had with the property management was handled promptly and very professionally and friendly. Location is great everything we wanted.

Beach trip

Despite the negatives below, I would come here, again! The condo was perfectly located, with easy access to the beach. It has been recently painted and updated in the living/bedroom area, which is very nice. I loved the deck and view! I bet it gets hot in the summer! No cover. But the bathrooms and kitchen counter seriously need updating. You need to rent linens (poor quality), as informed, but that does not include towels. That was disappointing. No paper products were provided, other than partial toilet paper rolls. There is only salt and pepper in the kitchen. There was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. One used sponge. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked to cook. I tried calling housekeeping for towels, but didn't get a response. I did get someone to come out and fix the master bedroom ceiling fan. All the lighting in the carport under the building was not working, so it was a dark arrival, and a bit dangerous. It would have been easy to trip or not see someone standing away from the car. That was very disconcerting as a single person traveling alone. I guess maintenence couldn't fix it, as it was that way all week. I did feel very safe, overall, though.

This is a nice condo right on the beautiful beach overlooking the pier. The condo has a nice floor plan. We enjoyed the pool on cooler days.
