Waters Edge at Holden Beach - Unit 431-A Two Bedroom, Two Bath Oceanfront Condo on 2nd Level.

Accommodating up to 4 guests, this upper level, oceanfront condo is bright and cheerful, offering fantastic views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean! The spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area offers updated hardwood flooring, modern lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The living room is comfortably furnished, while the well-appointed kitchen offers updated cabinets, counter tops and backsplash, with bar seating for 3. Bedroom #1 is complete with a King bed, TV, ceiling fan and full private bath with a walk-in shower, as well as beautiful ocean views! Bedroom #2 is complete with a Queen bed, and shares a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo, and has a street side view.

Relax with a chilled beverage, or take your meals outside to dine on your private ocean front balcony, also overlooking the pool. You will appreciate the high-top table and chairs on your private balcony, tall enough so that your views will not be obstructed by the balcony railings!

Won't stay in this unit again

The furniture was dirty and very worn. There was black mold down the right side of the patio door frame on the inside. The beds were very uncomfortable. I have never had to make my own bed or bring my own towels. The property was very nice and in a great location, but the cost for this unit was way too much, when you were in a unit that obviously was very cheaply furnished or long overdue for new furniture and a good painting! I felt like I was in a cheap hotel!!!

Terribly Uncomfortable, dirty,but with fantastic views and location!

Firstly, the listing photos are terribly misleading. This condo is old and completely outdated. There is mold in several areas around the condo. The king bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in.

Deceiving

The pictures are deceiving. You couldn’t go barefoot for all the sand on floor. Mold in master bath with a urine smell. Walls and furniture dirty. Tried to sweep floors and broom and vacuum were dirty. I would think the owners would take more pride in their investment. Love Holden Beach and have been coming since 1975.

Desperately needs an update.

We’ve stayed in this condo for years and it’s had no visible repairs or updates. It’s in desperate need of work. It looks old and worn out. The floors are in bad shape. The leather furniture looks too disgusting to sit on and the beds are horrible and barely put together.

Great location, great view, safe and covered parking

This condo is great and the communication with Proactive is rapid and efficient. We mentioned there was a small plumbing issue and we got a response within a few minutes and repair was done rapidly. The exterior look, parking, pool, access to the beach and patio are great, with maintenance A1. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and the appliances worked well. We suggested a few improvements like some painting and new cushions on the kitchen chairs. We still recommand that condo and would love to go again.

New Years getaway

Very comfortable and clean. Does need a bit of new paint on the walls, can see where people likely bang luggage and scuff the walls. The chair cushions could also use a cleaning. The DVD player was disconnected. Could not get it to work Loved the ocean front view. We still felt comfortable and would stay again.
