There s a community beach access conveniently located at the end of the street, about 75 yards away, and the use of a private community dock on the Intracoastal Waterway. This Hobbs Smart Home (1K, 2Q, 2T) features a spacious, inverted floor plan, a comfortable living area with a flat-screen, a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, flat screens in each bedroom, and other kitchen amenities include a slow cooker, a Keurig, and a large pantry for storage. The large open floor plan boasts a living area, dining area, and kitchen with access to one of the two upper decks. The primary bedroom has its own private upper deck, and the three bedrooms downstairs share access to two decks.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
